Positive: Serenity Sands is an absolute dream come true for anyone looking to experience Belize and how truly magical it is. This property is Luxurious and a definite bargain Truly one of a kind, a hidden gem that in my opinion can’t be beat. The suites provide everything you could possibly need & more. The furnishings & Decor are elegant comfortable and high end quality pieces that really cultivate the raw Belizean nature that surrounds the location the bedroom mattress covers & linens are fit for a king/queen! I slept like baby. I can not say enough about the level of personal care & kindness the owner, family & staff offers. It was above and beyond expectations. My dog Kodak absolutely loved his own space private & fenced to enjoy his outdoor experience safely. The grounds to walk to the bay are beautiful lush & meticulously landscaped, creating beautiful trails to take in the nature that surrounds you. Serenity Sands was not only a beautiful place to stay it was truly a life changing experience for us and one we will always remember and cherish forever. Thank you Penny & Family for welcoming me to Belize in such a beautiful way.🙏🏼 i highly recommend you explore Serenity Sands & experience true bliss.

Positive: We had 2 delightful days at Serenity Sands, I wish we could have stayed longer. Penny and her staff were very helpful. A wonderful place to relax it was so peaceful. The landscaping was beautiful, but he most amazing thing was the sounds of the birds in the morning. We counted about over 30 different kinds.
Summary: We will be back for a longer stay!

Positive: Serenity Sands is the place to stay right outside of Corozal for anyone who enjoys a peaceful and beautiful environment with hosts who love what they do and who share their love of Belize and its culture with their guests. Yes, it is a drive down a bumpy road outside of town, but Penny is happy to arrange transport to and from town and to set up tours to local cultural and tourist activities. The grounds are peaceful, the house and rooms are more impressive and comfortable than the photos indicate, and there are many places around the property to enjoy a view of the water and the lovely gardens.
Summary: We will stay here any time we return to northern Belize.

Positive: Amazing place to stay in the third world. You will have no beyyer accommodations penny is an amazing host rent. The villa for a week cook your meals in air condition. Comfort, beautiful pool, beautiful beach, an amazing property.

Positive: Facility was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. There was a lovely wardrobe in the loft bedroom.
Negative: The roads to this facility are very poor, full of potholes. It took nearly half an hour to cover approx 12 km. We did not use the queen bed because it was in the loft, and there is no bathroom there. We were not comfortable with going down the steep narrow stairs during the night. So we slept in the very small main floor bedroom in twin beds since the one bathroom was on the main floor.
Summary: We were comfortable, but next time we would go elsewhere because of the bad road.
